For Vishwajeet, technology has never been only about writing code. The more time he spent building products, working with businesses and solving day-to-day operational problems, the clearer one thing became: a good technical solution starts long before development begins.
Today, as the Founder & CTO of CrazyWebDev Technologies, he works at the intersection of engineering, business and execution. His role has grown from developing software to understanding how companies operate, where their processes slow down and what kind of technology can genuinely make a difference.
With more than five years of experience in technology and work delivered for over 150 clients, Vishwajeet’s journey is less about a single breakthrough and more about steady progression – from student projects and hackathons to building a technology company of his own.
The Beginning: Learning by Building
Vishwajeet studied Computer Science & Engineering at Bundelkhand University from 2020 to 2024. College gave him the foundation, but much of his practical learning came from building, testing ideas and taking responsibility for real outcomes.
During this period, he twice reached the grand finale of the Smart India Hackathon. In 2022, he led team BITWISE NERDS on a problem statement linked to NCERT and the Department of School Education & Literacy. The team worked on an Android-based solution focused on self-care for school and college students.
In 2023, he returned to the national finale as the leader of Bitwise Innovators. This time, the problem statement was for the Ministry of Jal Shakti and involved the use of AI, machine learning and data science to help reduce non-revenue water.
The value of those experiences went beyond certificates or competition results. They taught him how to work under constraints, divide responsibility across a team, make technical choices quickly and keep the final user in mind. Those lessons later carried directly into entrepreneurship.
Why CrazyWebDev Technologies Took Shape
CrazyWebDev Technologies emerged from a simple observation: many businesses know they need technology, but they are not always clear about what should be built first.
A company may ask for a website when its larger problem is lead management. Another may want an app when its real bottleneck is an unstructured internal process. In such cases, development alone does not solve much. Someone has to first understand the business, the people using the system and the outcome the organisation expects.
That became an important part of Vishwajeet’s working style. At CrazyWebDev Technologies, he became increasingly involved not only in development but also in requirement discovery, product planning, deployment, infrastructure, automation and long-term system improvement.
In 2024, CrazyWebDev Technologies was incubated at the RISE Jhansi Incubation Center, marking an important step in the company’s growth as an entrepreneurial venture.
From Projects to Business Systems
Over time, Vishwajeet’s work expanded across industries including education, healthcare and wellness, construction and property, retail, professional services, scientific platforms and events.
Working with different businesses changed the way he looked at software. A school, a retailer and a healthcare organisation may all need dashboards, customer records or automation, but the way those systems should function can be completely different.
That is why he prefers to begin with the process rather than the technology stack. What is the team doing today? Where is information getting lost? Which task is repeated unnecessarily? What should happen after a customer, employee or manager takes an action? These questions often reveal more than a long feature list.
His current work spans digital products, ERP and CRM systems, internal tools, automation, AI-driven workflows, deployment and technology strategy. The common objective is practical: make the system useful enough to become part of everyday operations.
A Founder’s View of Technology
Running a technology company also changed Vishwajeet’s definition of good engineering. A product is not successful because it works on a developer’s machine. It has to survive real users, changing requirements, deadlines, maintenance and the everyday unpredictability of business.
That has pushed him toward an ownership-oriented approach. Instead of treating development as a sequence of isolated tasks, he looks at how technical decisions affect the larger product and the people responsible for using or maintaining it.
He often reduces this philosophy to three words: Build. Automate. Scale. Build what is actually needed. Automate work that wastes time. Scale only after the foundation is strong enough to support growth.
It is a straightforward idea, but it reflects the path he has taken – from learning how software is built to understanding why it should be built in the first place.
What Comes Next
Artificial intelligence and automation are now changing the expectations businesses have from technology. Vishwajeet sees that as an opportunity, but not a reason to chase every new trend.
His focus remains on using new tools where they solve a clear problem: reducing repetitive work, improving access to information, connecting teams or making a product easier to operate.
The next phase of his journey is still being written. But the direction is consistent with the one that brought him here – combine engineering with business understanding, stay close to the real problem and build systems that continue to be useful after the excitement of launch has passed.
