Shiv Narayan completed his B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) from Punjab Technical University. Earlier, he obtained a Diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) from Punjab State Board of Technical Education and Industrial Training.

From 2019 to 2022, Shiv Narayan worked with Samudra Electronics Pvt. Ltd., where he played an important role in managing the North Zone street lighting operations under Amritsar Smart City Limited.
During this period, he coordinated with Municipal Corporation Amritsar for the installation, operation and maintenance of smart street lighting infrastructure. His work contributed to strengthening the urban lighting network and supporting the city’s modernization initiatives.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Analytical Instruments
Between November 2022 and January 2026, Shiv Narayan worked with Spincotech Systems LLP, where he gained professional experience in High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) systems.
HPLC is a highly advanced analytical instrument widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for quality compliance testing, laboratory research and analytical validation of medicines and chemical compounds. His responsibilities included installation, servicing and technical support for these critical laboratory systems.
Currently, Shiv Narayan is working as a Senior Service Engineer at Iconic Instrumentation Pvt. Ltd., where he continues to handle installation, operation and maintenance of HPLC and other analytical laboratory instruments used in pharmaceutical quality control laboratories.
Entrepreneurial Initiatives
Apart from his professional career, Shiv Narayan has also explored entrepreneurship. He previously served as Director of Narayan & Vaish Brothers, a business venture that was eventually closed due to financial losses. The experience provided valuable lessons in business management and strategic planning.
Building on that experience, he has recently started Iconic Powertech LLP, which aims to work in the field of electrical and electronics installations, operation and maintenance of analytical devices and specialized engineering services.
Role in Public Affairs
Alongside his professional career, Shiv Narayan is also actively involved in social and public initiatives. He serves as Technical Advisor to Mahesh Verma in Akhil Bhartiya Kalyan Sabha, an organization associated with Shiromani Akali Dal in Punjab.
