During his time in Bangalore, a powerful realization shaped his future: many talented young individuals in and around Nagercoil were struggling not because they lacked skill, but because they lacked opportunity. This thought became the foundation of a bold decision — to return home and build something meaningful.
With the support of close friends and like-minded individuals, Mr. Parmathalingam took a leap of faith and started Wikpolt Softwares Pvt Ltd in his hometown. The initial days were challenging. Limited resources, financial pressure, infrastructure constraints, and market competition created constant obstacles. There were setbacks and moments of uncertainty. But what kept the company moving forward was a strong purpose to create employment opportunities for local youth and to build a technology company that could compete beyond geographical limitations.
