Hidaytullah Nazimali Saiyed, a layman from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, born in a middleclass family, started doing Miracles in the world of Government Recruitment Competitive Exam Training. Born in teacher`s family Hidayatullah Saiyed was always keenly interested to provide best and quality education to the poor and needy candidates who were preparing for Government Recruitment Competitive Exams.

Hidayatullah Saiyed has faced many problems during his student life. He got his first Government job in IPCL, Vadodara cracking competitive exam while he was in Second year of his Graduation. It was his life`s first Competitive Exam converted into the positive result. After that he never disqualified in any competitive exam during his whole carrier, where ever he appeared. He changed 9 government jobs and after changing 9th job, now he is working with LIC OF INDIA, as a Programmer in CBO:1 of Ahmedabad Division.

He never sat quietly after getting his government job, but started to help other needy people to appear and crack government recruitment exams. During his academic carrier he faced many problems, so he started
providing free of cost coaching to the needy and poor people who cannot efford fees of private coaching institute. He started a nameless class in 2004 for 22 GPSC candidates and he got great good success of positive results of 18 candidates out of them. Than that 22 candidates promised Hidayatullah to help in future projects. In 2008, his beloved student Samir Kachhot insisted him to start an Institute at CASHLESS basis on a big platform. Hidayatullah than started SAROVAR EDUCATION SOCIETY in 2008. Slowly but steadily SAROVAR started its work. So many challenges were there. Funding problem, premises problem and many other problems were faced by SAROVAR. But Hidayatullah never quit. He continued working and upto 2010, results proved his efforts in right direction. In 2010, many candidates, trained in his Institute, got success in Government Recruitment Exams and they got their Permenant secure Government Job. Hidayatullah Saiyed continued provide free coaching to needy candidates. Institute and its versitile cashless model became popular all over Gujarat, Many Institute came and started joint efforts with Hidaytullah Saiyed. There are 14 centres all over Gujarat is working successfully under leadership of Hidayatullah Saiyed.
More than 30000 candidates are being trained by him and out of them more tha 2500 candidates got success and they are on Government Jobs in different sectors. So many candidates form his Institute are working with State government, Central Government, PSUs, Railway, Police, Banking etc.

Now Hidayatullah is planning to start the best and result oriented UPSC centre in AHMEDABAD working on cashless model. No doubt his experience in competitive Exam is very large and if he start such centre, many needy candidates will be benefitted in right direction. Hidayatullah Saiyed`s large experience in the world of Competitive Exam will be the surity of success, if he start to provide coaching to the candidates for UPSC.

Hidayatullah Saiyed also faced many difficulties during his working tenure. First of all his Institute faced funding problems. Trustees and Hidayatullah Saiyed bare expenses of their institution at their own and they contributed form their own earning and bank balances. As time passed, Institute became very famous all over Gujarat. Hidaytullah was considered as a synonym of success in government Competitive exams. So many people from Ahmedabad and from his own community and of the same field became jealous and they started blaming Hidayatullah Saiyed in different ways. Some totally fake financial and character blames were imposed on him. As usual blame proved baseless and Hidaytullah Saiyed has continued his work with doulbe power. His Institute and his team is right now working in Ahmedabad base and they are very much determined to serve needy and poor candidates who cannot efford expensive coaching fees
