Education has played an equally important role in shaping Mayur’s career. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology before pursuing a Master’s degree in Food Innovation from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. Studying in an international environment introduced him to advanced food processing technologies, sustainability, food safety regulations, quality management systems, product innovation, and changing global consumer preferences. Those experiences strengthened his belief that Indian food products have enormous potential when supported by world-class quality and professional supply chains.
Alongside his entrepreneurial responsibilities, Mayur currently works as a Food Supervisor, where he continues to develop expertise in food safety, quality assurance, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. He believes that practical industry experience complements entrepreneurship by helping leaders understand every stage of the food value chain.
