His parents, both respected teachers, successfully balanced their careers in education with entrepreneurship, establishing Oxyriva, a packaged drinking mineral water brand that has earned the trust of customers over the past 15 years. Today, Oxyriva has developed into a recognised name in the packaged drinking water industry and has been acknowledged among the leading manufacturers by an industry organisation. The company has also expanded internationally by exporting products to Dubai, providing valuable experience in serving overseas markets and maintaining international quality expectations.

Education has played an equally important role in shaping Mayur’s career. He completed his Bachelor of Technology in Food Technology before pursuing a Master’s degree in Food Innovation from the University of Greenwich in the United Kingdom. Studying in an international environment introduced him to advanced food processing technologies, sustainability, food safety regulations, quality management systems, product innovation, and changing global consumer preferences. Those experiences strengthened his belief that Indian food products have enormous potential when supported by world-class quality and professional supply chains.

Alongside his entrepreneurial responsibilities, Mayur currently works as a Food Supervisor, where he continues to develop expertise in food safety, quality assurance, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance. He believes that practical industry experience complements entrepreneurship by helping leaders understand every stage of the food value chain.
