Ltd. in November 2025, and originally started in December 2024 under the parent company Shivetguru Services, the brand is steadily emerging as a trusted name in India’s travel and immigration space.

The brand provides end-to-end guidance for tourist, business, and visit visa categories, while also offering complete travel support like air ticket booking, hotel booking, currency exchange, eSIM services, customised tour booking, and activity booking across multiple international destinations, including the UAE, Schengen countries, USA, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, China, Vietnam, Australia, and South Africa.
The journey of Global Getway began with a real professional experience. Krushna, Kaustubh, and Sumedh were once colleagues at a Dubai-based travel company and DMC, which primarily dealt with UAE visa services. They were the first three employees of the visa department, and this early responsibility gave them deep exposure to cross-border immigration. During their time there, they contacted various countries to understand e-visa rules, gathered detailed immigration information on their own, and closely observed the customer challenges people were facing in the industry.
With this deep understanding, the three friends realised that many travellers were struggling with fragmented services, unclear guidance, and lack of personalised attention. They believed that there was a strong need for a centralised, honest, and customer-first travel and immigration brand. This clarity led them to leave their previous company in August 2024 and start working on their own venture. They also visited competitors as part of their market research, studying their services and gaps, which helped them design a brand that could genuinely stand out.
That vision became Global Getway, a Pune-based visa and immigration assistance company built on the values of personalised consultation, honest advice, and timely support. The brand understands that every client’s situation is unique, and so it offers tailored solutions to maximise the chances of a successful visa application while ensuring complete transparency at every step. From document preparation and application processing to appointment scheduling and interview guidance, the team walks with the customer through every stage of their journey.
The role division among the co-founders is one of the biggest strengths of the company. Krushna Mengde heads all operations related to Visa, Finance, and Accounts. Sumedh Dharashivkar heads the Sales function, taking care of both B2B and B2C growth. Kaustubh Deodhar leads Marketing and R&D. Together, this trio brings a strong balance of operations, sales, and creativity, which is one of the key reasons for the company’s steady early growth.
