In a short span, he has moved from an idea to a multi-brand platform that is reshaping how emergency care, ambulances and digital health services work for Bharat, not just metro India.

Ankush is the Founder & CEO of AmbSeva, an emergency medical support service that promises rapid ambulance access across Chhattisgarh and beyond.

AmbSeva provides different classes of ambulances – from basic and cardiac to options with medical assistants and doctors, even air ambulances – so that patients get the right level of care instead of a one-size-fits-all vehicle.

The service focuses on fast response times and network depth, working across Raipur and 30+ districts through a growing fleet and hospital tie‑ups.

Under Ankush’s leadership, AmbSeva has already supported hundreds of patients and built a reputation for reliability and transparent, structured emergency service in an otherwise fragmented market.

To power and scale these efforts, Ankush founded Techcure Innovations Private Limited, a health‑tech company formally incorporated in 2025.

Techcure acts as the parent for multiple brands and initiatives – including AmbSeva and new products like Bellor – giving him a single technology and operations backbone for everything from ambulance dispatch to AI‑driven tools.

His profile emphasises a mission of building India’s finest emergency medical support and making healthcare more accessible and efficient, reflecting a focus on impact as much as growth.

With Techcure, Ankush is positioning himself not just as an operator of ambulances, but as an architect of a full emergency care infrastructure layer for hospitals, vendors and citizens.

Along the way, he has experimented with and launched complementary initiatives to strengthen the ecosystem around ambulances and emergency care.

One of these is AmbGarage, a platform highlighted by ecosystem voices as a full‑stack solution for ambulance owners and hospital fleets, covering maintenance, equipment, and operations support.

The idea is to fix the backend problems that often break emergency response – poor maintenance, downtime, lack of transparency – so patients are not left waiting when they need help most.

He has also built and operated a clinic brand, showing that his work spans both pre-hospital transport and primary care delivery.

What makes Ankush’s journey stand out is the pace and clarity of his execution. Commentary on his work notes that within about ten months of launching AmbSeva he had already created a network of hundreds of ambulances, served over 1800+ patients, and consistently hit aggressive response-time benchmarks.

At just 25, he is recognised as someone transforming how emergency care reaches underserved populations, particularly outside Tier‑1 cities.

His approach rejects superficial “hustle culture” and focuses instead on intention, value-driven work, and resilience through tough phases of building.

Looking ahead, Ankush is now expanding from services into technology products under Techcure.

His current and upcoming work includes developing Bellor (often presented as aiBellor), an intelligent emergency bell, camera and GPS device for ambulances that brings transparency, live monitoring and AI‑driven alerts into every trip.

Bellor aims to turn ambulances into connected, accountable units on wheels – with real‑time tracking, in‑vehicle video and safety layers for hospitals, fleets and families.

Alongside this, AmbSeva is deepening its digital layer through mobile apps, integrated dispatch, and partnerships that plug into national helplines and hospital networks.

Together, AmbSeva and Techcure Innovations are evolving from a regional ambulance service into a broader emergency health‑tech platform that uses software, hardware and AI to close critical gaps in India’s pre‑hospital care system.
