As India’s health and wellness sector continues to evolve, the demand for structured, accountable, and professionally managed nutrition services is steadily increasing. Addressing this shift, Diet Univeerse, a nutrition and lifestyle coaching brand founded by Sumit Rawal, is strengthening its presence through a system-driven, team-based approach focused on quality, affordability, and long-term outcomes.

Established in 2021 as an online-first initiative, Diet Univeerse has grown into a structured organization with its official head office in Abu Road (Mount Abu region). The brand holds the distinction of being the first organized nutrition coaching company from the Sirohi–Udaipur–Abu–Mount Abu belt, while serving clients across multiple Indian regions through its digital infrastructure.

A Structured Alternative to Unorganized Nutrition Services

The nutrition industry in India has long been fragmented, with many services operating without standardized processes, consistent follow-ups, or professional accountability. Diet Univeerse was built to address these challenges by shifting from individual-dependent models to a process-led ecosystem.

Under this model, clients are supported by MSc-qualified dietitians, backed by dedicated relationship managers, ensuring continuity of care, timely query resolution, and consistent progress monitoring. The company integrates technology-enabled tracking, including smart scales, smart watches, and blood test support, wherever applicable, to ensure decisions are data-driven and transparent.

Digital-First Infrastructure

Diet Univeerse operates through dietuniveerse.com and its ISO-certified digital systems, supported by both Android and iOS applications. This digital-first approach enables the brand to deliver standardized nutrition services across geographies while maintaining consistent quality and documentation.

The platform supports structured communication, progress tracking, and performance monitoring, allowing teams to collaborate efficiently and clients to remain engaged throughout their nutrition journey.

Founder-Led Vision with Professional Execution

Diet Univeerse is founded by Sumit Rawal, who brings over 12 years of experience across clinics, large-format gym chains, and health & wellness organizations. His academic background includes an MSc in Nutrition, supported by multiple Indian and international certifications, including Precision Nutrition (Level 1 & 2), ISSA Sports Nutrition, ISSA Fitness Nutrition, ISSA Strength & Conditioning, ACE CPT, Certified Sports Medicine, and Certified Anabolic & Androgenic Specialization, among others.

Rawal’s exposure to diverse operational environments helped shape Diet Univeerse’s internal focus—not only on client outcomes, but also on creating a professional growth ecosystem for qualified dietitians, offering mentorship, structured workflows, and long-term career development.

Day-to-day operations are led by Sonia Malhotra, CEO & Co-Founder, an MSc Clinical Nutritionist with over 8 years of experience, specializing in female hormonal health and clinical nutrition. Under her leadership, the company emphasizes operational discipline, clinical quality, and scalable execution.

Pan-India Reach and International Client Support

With a growing team of 50+ in-house and remote professionals, Diet Univeerse supports clients across multiple Indian regions, including key markets in Rajasthan, Gujarat, North India, and major metropolitan areas. The company maintains active operations in cities such as Jaipur, with Noida identified as an upcoming expansion hub, alongside plans to enter additional Tier-1 and metro markets.

In addition to its domestic footprint, Diet Univeerse also serves international clients through a dedicated support structure, managing cases across select global markets including North America, Australia, and the United Kingdom, with teams trained to handle international nutrition standards and time-zone–based coordination.

Focused on Long-Term Impact

As Diet Univeerse continues to scale, the brand remains focused on building a credible, ethical, and affordable nutrition ecosystem—one that prioritizes professional expertise, structured processes, and sustainable client outcomes over short-term trends.

“Our objective is to create a nutrition brand that operates with clarity, accountability, and long-term intent. With the right systems and qualified professionals, quality nutrition coaching can be delivered at scale without compromising on integrity,” Rawal states.
