His educational qualifications include B.A., M.A. in Sociology, ETT, and B.Ed. He has also successfully cleared PSTET. Along with academic guidance, he is known for motivating youth towards education, positive thinking, skill development, and career planning.
The first branch of Guru Sahib Online Education Centre was started at Nihal Singh Wala, District Moga. With the support and trust of students and parents, the centre gradually expanded its educational services. At present, the main office operates from Himmatpura, Moga, while guidance and counseling services are also being provided to students from Ludhiana, Jalandhar, and other regions of Punjab.
The centre focuses on educational awareness, career counseling, online learning support, and professional guidance. Students are guided regarding open schooling systems, distance education opportunities, online courses, skill-based programs, and different educational pathways. Guidance related to NIOS, PSEB, and various academic procedures is provided according to official processes and educational norms.

Many students who had discontinued their studies due to financial problems, family responsibilities, or other reasons are now once again connecting with education through proper counseling and guidance.
