In an effort to modernize Noida’s largely unorganized Paying Guest (PG) accommodation sector, young entrepreneur Sumit Chauhan has officially launched Yutigo, a technology platform designed to help students and working professionals discover verified PG accommodations with greater ease and transparency.
The platform addresses common challenges in the local PG market, including inconsistent property information, limited online visibility, and the difficulty of comparing accommodation options. Yutigo aims to simplify the search experience by bringing verified PGs onto one standardized digital platform.
Since its launch, Yutigo has onboarded more than 100 PG properties across Noida, creating a growing network of accommodation partners while helping property owners reach more potential tenants through a digital-first approach.
A Vision Born from Real Problems
Founder Sumit Chauhan conceived Yutigo after observing the challenges faced by students and professionals relocating to Noida. Finding a suitable PG often required visiting multiple properties, relying on word-of-mouth recommendations, or dealing with incomplete information.
“I wanted to build something that genuinely solves a real problem. The PG market is massive, but much of it is still unorganized. With Yutigo, our goal is to make the entire experience simpler, more transparent, and more trustworthy for both tenants and PG owners,” said Sumit Chauhan, Founder of Yutigo.
Instead of relying on traditional offline methods, Yutigo focuses on making PG discovery faster and more structured through technology while supporting local PG owners with improved digital visibility.
Looking Ahead
While the company is currently focused on strengthening its presence across Noida, the long-term vision is to expand into other major student and working-professional hubs across India. The startup plans to continue improving its platform with new features that make the accommodation search process even more seamless.
