For Taufiq Shaikh, founder of NexStack Software Pvt. Ltd., the journey behind MyCloudSociety was built exactly that way.
While balancing work, responsibilities and building products with limited resources, Taufiq continued pursuing one goal — creating practical technology solutions that solve real-world problems. Instead of chasing trends, he focused on understanding everyday challenges faced by people around him.
During conversations with housing societies and secretaries, one common pattern became clear. Many societies were still handling maintenance, complaint tracking, notices, tenant records and invoice distribution manually. Secretaries often had to spend hours managing repetitive tasks and following up with residents.
This observation became the foundation of MyCloudSociety — a platform designed to simplify and organize housing society management.
What made the launch even more special was the date itself. MyCloudSociety officially launched on 3rd May, a day that carries personal meaning for Taufiq — his mother’s birthday. Instead of choosing a random launch date, he wanted the moment to represent gratitude, family and the people who supported him throughout the journey.
Built under NexStack Software Pvt. Ltd., MyCloudSociety offers features including maintenance management, flat-wise billing, complaint tracking, tenant management, Form I & J records, automatic bill reminders, digital notices and dedicated member logins.
Although still at an early stage, the platform has already started receiving encouraging response after launch. Within the first 10 days, MyCloudSociety reached 91 users — a small milestone, but an important sign that the idea was beginning to connect with real people.
For Taufiq, this number is not just a statistic. It represents trust — the first steps of a journey that started with hard work, persistence and a vision to make society management simpler.
As MyCloudSociety continues to grow, the mission remains clear: reduce manual work, save time and bring housing societies into a more organized digital future.
