Suman Sharma began her journey in the field of preschool education in 2009. Her passion for working with children and her commitment to providing a strong foundation during the early years motivated her to pursue a career in early childhood education.
In 2013, she expanded her experience by taking the franchise of a reputed preschool chain. During this period, she gained valuable knowledge in modern teaching methods, child development practices, and preschool management. Her dedication and warm approach towards children helped her earn the trust and appreciation of many parents in the community.
After years of experience and continuous learning, 2026 marks an important milestone in her journey. This year, Suman Sharma proudly introduces her own independent brand, Little Steps Academy, reflecting her personal vision of creating a nurturing, joyful, and inspiring learning environment for young children.
Little Steps Academy aims to provide a child-friendly atmosphere where learning happens through play, creativity, and meaningful activities. The focus is not only on academic readiness but also on developing confidence, curiosity, communication skills, and social values among children.
The new academic session 2026–27 at Little Steps Academy will begin from March 19, and admissions are now open for preschool programs.
