On 21 October 2025, Akshay Yadav started The Zureka Learners in a modest 5×4 feet classroom in Anand Parvat, Baljeet Nagar, Delhi. The room was far from ideal. The lighting was poor, the fan barely worked, and there was little space. Yet, he believed that a teacher’s dedication mattered more than the size of the classroom.
His goal was simple—to provide quality education at an affordable cost while treating every student with individual care.
The Difficult Beginning
The first day tested his determination.
Only two students came for classes. Within a few hours, one child decided not to continue, while the other attended only for a day. The classroom was empty again.
Instead of giving up, Akshay continued opening the institute every evening from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Even on days when no students arrived, he remained in the classroom, preparing lessons and waiting patiently for the opportunity he believed would eventually come.
His consistency became the foundation of everything that followed.
Winning the Trust of the Community
People in the neighbourhood gradually noticed the young teacher who appeared every day without fail. Slowly, parents began visiting the institute to understand his teaching approach.
During this phase, Mrs. Sunita Yadav, Akshay’s aunt, played an important role by encouraging local guardians to trust the newly established coaching centre. Her support helped the institute gain its earliest admissions.
Word-of-mouth recommendations soon became its biggest strength.
When the Classroom Became Too Small
Admissions steadily increased. Within a few months, nearly 15 to 20 students were studying in the same 5×4 feet classroom.
Recognising that the institute had outgrown its first home, Akshay shifted to a larger 8×12 feet classroom on 25 December 2025, celebrating both Christmas and a new milestone in the institute’s journey.
The move reflected something far greater than expansion—it represented the growing confidence of parents in the quality of education being delivered.
Building an Institution Around Learning
As the number of students grew, so did the institute’s responsibilities.
Instead of focusing only on increasing admissions, The Zureka Learners concentrated on improving academic performance through regular assessments, personal attention, doubt-solving sessions, and disciplined classroom learning.
To accommodate the growing demand, multiple batches were introduced. Today, the institute operates from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with admissions conducted through an entrance assessment that helps understand each student’s learning level before classes begin.
Technology Meets Affordable Education
Believing that quality education should evolve with changing times, The Zureka Learners introduced several modern facilities that are uncommon among neighbourhood coaching centres.
The institute uses digital projectors to make classroom learning more interactive and has installed CCTV surveillance and fire safety equipment to provide a secure environment for students.
A dedicated parent mobile application allows guardians to monitor attendance, academic progress, and classroom performance, strengthening communication between teachers and families.
These initiatives have helped create a learning environment that combines affordability with modern educational practices.

Over the past several months, numerous learners have secured outstanding academic results. Several students have scored 100 out of 100 marks, while many others have achieved top positions in their respective schools.
