At 25, Rehan has already walked four career paths: freelance writer, LinkedIn growth coach to clients across four continents, go-to-market strategist for startups, and today, the person leading sales, marketing and client relationships for Grandform Fiber, a Mumbai-based fiberglass (FRP) manufacturing business with a gross turnover of ₹18,97,500 in its first nine months.

From Zero Knowledge to Global Clients

In 2022, Rehan joined LinkedIn with no understanding of how the platform worked. By 2023, founders and business owners were hiring him to write their content. In 2024, he moved into LinkedIn coaching, personal branding and lead generation, consulting clients in Australia, the UK, the US and the UAE.

In 2025, he stepped away from coaching to apply his lead generation skills to startups, working with a few companies on go-to-market strategy.

The Failure That Redirected Everything

In the second half of 2025, Rehan launched a startup of his own. It failed.

Instead of retreating, he used the setback to rethink where his skills could create real value.

“I had marketing, sales and lead generation skills,” he says. “What I needed was a real product and real operations behind them.”

A Father’s Craft, A Son’s Strategy

Rehan’s father has more than 10 years of experience manufacturing FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) products. What the craft had never had was a modern marketing and sales engine.

In 2026, Rehan brought the two together, combining his father’s expertise with his own marketing and go-to-market background.

The roles were clear from day one. His father and younger brother handle operations and production. Rehan leads marketing, sales and client relationships, the part that decides whether a factory grows or stays invisible.

Built on Grit, Not Capital

Grandform Fiber began with almost nothing. The first ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 spent on ads brought in no sales. Instead of quitting, Rehan did what his go-to-market years had trained him to do: listen to the market and adjust the offer. The team introduced a new product.

It worked. They landed their first client and secured an advance payment. The advance bought the raw material, production began, and the order was delivered. Then another client came, and the business started gaining speed.

Every order financed the next, with no investors and no loans.

The Numbers Behind the Growth

Monthly billings rose sharply within the first few months:

• February 2026: ₹82,600

• April 2026: ₹62,540

• June 2026: ₹14,30,750

June was the breakthrough, with a single month’s billing crossing ₹14 lakh, just four months after the first sale.

Grandform Fiber recorded ₹70,000 in its opening quarter, from January to March 2026. It then recorded ₹18,27,500 from April to September 2026, bringing its gross turnover to ₹18,97,500 in just nine months.

The Playbook Behind the Win

Three principles, all rooted in Rehan’s marketing experience, drive the business:

1. Sell Before You Scale – Orders are secured with client advances before raw material is bought.

2. Change the Offer, Not the Goal – When the first ads failed, he did not walk away. He changed the product and won their first client.

3. Marketing Is the Engine of Manufacturing – While most small manufacturers rely on word of mouth, Rehan brings the growth strategies and marketing experience he built while working with international clients into a traditional industry.

More Than Revenue

For Rehan, the most meaningful milestone is not on the turnover certificate.

“The revenue is exciting. But what gives me the most satisfaction is knowing that people working with us are earning because of this business,” he says. “We have become a source of income for other families. That feeling is hard to describe.”

At 25, he is not just building a business. He is creating livelihoods.

What Comes Next

For Rehan, this is just the beginning of a new chapter. His goal is to put everything he has learned into growing Grandform Fiber, with patience, until it becomes one of India’s leading FRP manufacturers and then reaches international markets.

From freelancer to manufacturer, Rehan’s journey shows that skills compound and setbacks redirect.

“This is only the start,” he says. “I want to build Grandform Fiber into a name known in India and beyond. The bigger we grow, the more impact we create for our team, their families and everyone who depends on us. That is the real reason to win.
