ConceivedandconvenedbyMrs.IraSaha,theeventaimedtocreateaninclusiveplatform celebrating women across generations and backgrounds, encouraging them to express their individuality, confidence, and life stories.
The pageant was organised by Style Sphere, led by Sukanya Saha, with E² Events, founded by AbhijatGuhaNeogi,astheCo-Organizer.UdayanMahalanabisplayedakeyroleaspartofthe core organising committee.
KolkataQueensfeaturedthreecategories—Blooming(18–30years),Rising(31–55years),and Regal (55 years and above) — along with a special Budding Category for the young Princesses of the event.
TheeventwasjudgedbyanesteemedpanelcomprisingJaspreetKaur,OwnerofJISGroup;Dr. CS Adv. Mamta Binani; Atul Singh; Mrs. Tithi Guha Neogi; and Pandit Naba Kumar Majumder, with Ms. Swati Almal gracing the occasion as Guest of Honour.
The competition progressed through multiple rounds including ramp walk, talent or inspiring journeypresentation,andquestion–answersegments,highlightingtheparticipants’confidence, individuality, and life experiences.
The winners of Kolkata Queens – A Pageant with a Difference were:

- Shayree De Sarkar — Rising Category
- Vidhi Chugh — Regal Category

Buildingonthesuccessofitsfirstedition,KolkataQueens–APageantwithaDifference Season 2 is set to return this October 2026, promising an even bigger celebration of empowerment, confidence, and inclusivity.
