In a proud moment for Uttarakhand’s growing creative community, Abhay Singh, a resident of Pantnagar, has secured third place in the prestigious Techno Sports & Amazon National Graphic Designing Contest 2026. The nationwide competition was organized by Techno Sports in collaboration with global e-commerce giant Amazon, bringing together thousands of graphic designers and digital creatives from across India.
The results of the highly competitive contest were officially announced on 28 February 2026, after a detailed evaluation process conducted by a panel of design experts and marketing professionals. With more than 3,000 participants competing in the event, the contest became one of the largest online design competitions held in India this year.
Nationwide Participation and Strong Competition
The competition attracted participation from designers across major metropolitan cities as well as smaller towns and educational hubs. Students, freelance designers, marketing professionals, and creative enthusiasts registered for the event to test their skills in branding and digital marketing design.
Organizers stated that the contest was created to promote innovation, marketing creativity, and professional graphic design skills, while also giving young designers a platform to gain national recognition.
Registration and Entry Process
Registrations for the contest opened on 1 February 2026, allowing aspiring participants to enroll through the official contest portal. Designers were required to pay a participation fee of ₹1,000 to confirm their entry.
The registration window remained open until 15 February 2026, during which thousands of designers from different states signed up for the competition. Following the closing of registrations, participants received detailed instructions regarding the design challenge, submission guidelines, judging criteria, and the schedule of the event.
Contest Day: A High-Pressure Creative Challenge
The main competition was conducted on 20 February 2026, where participants faced a demanding creative task designed to test their design thinking, creativity, and marketing strategy.
During the three-hour challenge, participants were required to create 10 professional marketing graphic designs based on selected brand products provided by the organizers. The designs had to be developed within the strict time limit, pushing participants to demonstrate both creativity and speed.
Competitors were expected to create graphics suitable for digital advertisements, social media promotions, and brand marketing campaigns. The task simulated real-world marketing conditions where designers often work under tight deadlines to produce engaging promotional visuals.
Judging Criteria
A panel of experienced designers, marketing strategists, and branding experts evaluated the submissions. Each design was judged based on several important factors, including:
- Creativity and originality of the concept
- Relevance to the product and brand identity
- Visual balance, typography, and color usage
- Marketing effectiveness and audience appeal

After carefully reviewing thousands of entries, the judges shortlisted the top performers whose designs stood out in terms of both aesthetic quality and marketing impact.
