The Woman Behind the Brand

Ayushi’s path to founding Fruitful was anything but conventional.

She grew up in Chhatarpur, a small town in Madhya Pradesh where the idea of building a brand from scratch felt like something that happened to other people. She went on to become a pharmacist, then spent six years as a consultant at Deloitte working on US healthcare projects. It was demanding, client-facing work that shaped her into someone who could walk into any room and hold her own.

But something kept pulling at her.

“I was comfortable. And that comfort was the problem,” she says. “I wanted to build something of my own. Something I believed in completely.”

She left her six-figure monthly salary, survived on savings, spent a year and a half in research and formulation, and tested every product on herself daily for two years before launch. That commitment has not changed, she still uses Fruitful every single morning and night.

In just months since launch, Fruitful has served over a thousand customers with a 98 percent positive response rate, conducted six pop-ups across cities, and built a growing community of women who trust the brand for their everyday routine.
